How do fees work on Indig Inc?

Indig Inc platform is a subscription based model. There is only one selling fee: a 20% commission fee.

Artisans can upload an unlimited amount of items. Listings are active once posted and saved to the marketplace. Once an item sells, there is a 20% commission fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs). All artisans are responsible for their own shipping and deliverables.

What kind of products can I sell?

Indig Inc provides a marketplace for Indigenous artisans to sell their handmade goods, small business items, home decor, designs and apparel. These can be one-of-a-kind items or mass-produced products.

We provide artisans with a global audience on a professional platform. Becoming a seller on Indig Inc will enhance your business and increase your reach. We promote our artisans on the website and through social media.

What do I need to become a seller?

It’s easy to become an Indig Inc seller. Complete the Vendor Registration form. Vendors must have a PayPal account, and are asked to self identify and state their Indigenous background on their profiles (Tribe/First Nation/Clan).

How does a buyer rate their experience with an artisan?

Buyers can rate artisans with a 5-star rating system. Ratings for products and artisans will be visible on the platform. Sellers that receive multiple complaints will be contacted, and may be discontinued with Indig Inc.
